Overview

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst for our Corporate office to perform collections activities at the corporate and divisional levels and provide general support to the marketing/admin department as needed. This position is located in a corporate environment, a neat and professional appearance is mandatory. We work in a fast paced environment so you must be able to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Responsibilities

  • Make collection calls on a daily balance to clients on aged receivables balances. Build and maintain relationships with all company clientele.
  • Respond in writing or verbally to general and specific inquiries from management, team members, clients and vendors.
  • Demonstrate continual attention to detail while performing various clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Prepare delinquent account notices and letters, and reissue invoices as necessary.
  • Produce and disseminate correspondence (emails, letters, etc.) as requested.
  • Maintain A/R files.
  • Report aged account balances to managers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balances.
  • Assist in general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required, A.A. degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business to business collections
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in data entry and management
  • Knowledge of relevant computer software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and database software (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
