We are looking to add an Office Administrator to our Columbus, Ohio, office. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee day-to-day office administrative functions, including office organization, file and records management, purchasing, mail distribution, client invoicing and accounts receivable and office maintenance and security. This position is critical in supporting the business needs of the District Manager and the administrative needs of t office personnel. You will be in charge of maximizing office efficiency, expense control and productivity. This role does not supervise other staff members. However, the level of responsibility is projected to expand with office growth and may (or may not) in the future include supervising administrative staff. You will be working under general supervision, exercising initiative and independent judgment in the performance of your duties.
