We are currently seeking a Client Relations Associate for our corporate office in Houston. Primary job duties consist of providing a high level of support to our clients with new assignments, status requests, and Rimkus Live through phone calls and electronic communication. The Client Relations Associate will also be responsible for national business development support and cross-trained in other functional areas. The position requires a high level of professionalism and well developed interpersonal skills.   • Handle client service calls which include new jobs, job status, report requests, online system support, etc.
  • Route new assignments to local offices for processing.
  • Coordinate and direct client inquiries to designated groups or offices for further handling.
  • Coordinate and produce multiple special client group reports on a monthly basis.
  • Performs other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience or equivalent relevant education and work experience in a high touch Client Relations role.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with clients at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work requires continual attention to detail with strong critical thinking solving skills.
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to work well within a team environment.
