We are currently seeking a Senior Level Geotechnical/Construction Engineer with at least 10 years’ of professional experience. The qualified candidate must have a degree in engineering and a P.E. License. The ideal fit for this position will have a strong background in soil mechanics and foundation, to include on-site compaction, explorations, drilling, and testing for roadways and building sites, sheet piles, deep pile foundations, and retaining walls. In return for your talent and effort, we offer our full-time employees a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, employer-matching 401(k), a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced work schedule, and opportunities for advancement. 


In this role you will inspect, study, assess, and determine the cause and origin of roadway, bridge, and building failures and site issues as they relate to the field of geotechnical engineering, and write reports for each assignment. You must possess good client and communication skills. You also must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to perform inspections on construction sites and on ladders/roofs. Conduct field evaluations and provide verbal and written reports of findings. Provide expert testimony via depositions or in a court of law as required. Develop client relationships by providing and maintaining the companies high standard of customer service and client communications. Work with local and national marketing managers to establish and grow relationships. Multitask; work to meet schedule, commitments, and multiple assignments. Priority will be given for an applicant with geotechnical engineering/construction background.  Experience in geotechnical exploration, drilling, laboratory testing, field experience and forensic geotechnical evaluation is desired.


  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering License (P.E.) is required.
  • Must be eligible and able to apply and receive P.E. licenses of other designated states within 4 months of employment.
